RETURNS
We have a 14 day return policy.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Please mark all return packages as "Return of Merchandise" to avoid additional import duties or taxes.
When returning items from Switzerland, shipments must be sent DDP (Delivered Duty Paid). This means all duties, VAT, and customs fees must be paid before delivery. We’re unable to accept returns sent with unpaid charges.

- Items at 50% off or more are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.
