How do I return an order?
To return your order, simply click the above "Return an Order" link and follow the prompts. If you require an exchange, please also include when filling out your return reason the item and size you wish to exchange to.
Once complete, this will then provide you with a unique RMA code and inform you how and where to deliver your goods for exchange or refund. 

The address of the warehouse you will need to ship your return to will be supplied in the return instructions once you have submitted your return request. Please note we cannot process a return until the order has been received and checked by our warehouse team.

Any returns need to be delivered directly to our warehouse as we are unable to collect from any post offices or collection points. To ensure the return reaches us correctly, please write the return address clearly on the outside of the parcel along with the RMA and 'return of merchandise.' 

You have 14 days from the delivery date to return your order. If 14 days have gone by since your order was delivered, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Please ensure you try on your shoes on a soft surface, any shoes returned back to us with damaged or marked soles, cannot be refunded or exchanged.

Return Shipping Costs

You will be liable to pay all shipping costs for returning the goods back to us. You must state on the returned package that it is a "Return of Merchandise", or you will be liable for all associated import duties and taxes. 
If you are exchanging a pair of shoes for a different size, colour or style, we will cover the shipping cost of the new pair to you. 

Can I return an item I bought on sale?

All items purchased at a 30% off discount during the Boxing Day Sale event are only eligible for exchanges, no refunds.

All sale items purchased with a 50% or higher discount, are final sale and not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds.

Any items purchased during a promotional period lower than a 50% discount can only be exchanged for item of same value.

During a sale period, we are unable to make any changes to your order. Please make sure the correct style and size is selected prior to checkout. 

We offer exchanges on all full priced items as we understand sometimes the shoe doesn't always fit. If you wish to exchange for an item of the same or lower value, we will ensure you are credited accordingly.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have processed your requirements. Refunds are not available on any final sale items or items purchased during Black Friday or Boxing Day sales events.

Please note once we have processed the refund a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 working days.

We are not responsible for currency fluctuations that occur when issuing refunds to a credit or debit card denominated in a currency other than US Dollars. We will not refund any bank charges made to your account.

Please note: sale items are not eligible for refunds.

In the event that a return is completed and the refund amount owed exceeds amount paid, you will be credited the remaining amount in the form of a Naked Wolfe gift card.

Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund within 10 working days of the refund being processed, please contact your bank or credit card company directly. 

Faulty Items
We are sorry that you have received a faulty item, please contact our team with photos and order number and we will advise you on the next steps. 

Faulty/defective items are protected under our 6 month warranty and are eligible for replacements within 6 months from order delivery date. We will not accept returns requests outside of this timeframe. Please note this does not cover regular wear and tear.
