During the holiday season, shipping times may be longer than usual and couriers may have delays. Please allow 3-5 business days for order processing. We appreciate your patience.

How do I know I am ordering from a legitimate Naked Wolfe website?

The only website we operate is www.nakedwolfe.com. Please verify the website address before checking out. We will always send you an order confirmation with details once an order is placed. If you have any concerns, please immediately contact us at info@nakedwolfe.com and we will happily assist you.

Can I return an item I bought on sale?

All items purchased at a 30% off discount during sales events are only eligible for exchanges, no refunds.

All sale items purchased with a 50% or higher discount, are final sale and not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds.

Any items purchased during a promotional period lower than a 50% discount can only be exchanged for item of same value.

During a sale period, we are unable to make any changes to your order. Please make sure the correct style and size is selected prior to checkout. 

How much does shipping cost? 
Orders delivered to the United Kingdom are charged at a flat rate of $10 which will be shipped via DPD. International orders are charged at a flat rate of $10 which will be shipped via FedEx, UPS Express, DPD or another shipping carrier based on your country. All charges are in USD.

Shipping to PO Boxes
We unfortunately cannot ship to PO Boxes at this time.

Shipping to Russia/Ukraine/Belarus/Myanmar
We apologise that we are currently unable to ship to RussiaUkraine, Belarus and Myanmar at this time.

How long does shipping take?
Delivery takes between 3-5 working days from the time of despatch, with a 1-2 day processing time in our warehouse. All packages will be delivered with no signature required. During a sale period, please allow additional processing time for your order to be despatched. 

In addition, please be aware that there could be delivery delays from the shipping carriers during the holiday period due to the a high volume of parcels, which Naked Wolfe has no control over. 

We apologize for any shipping delays that may occur during sales and peak periods from November to January due to the holiday season.

Can I cancel my order?
Once your order has been placed, we cannot make changes or cancel your order. Please make sure the correct style and size is selected prior to checkout. If once you receive your order and you wish to return it, please reach out to info@nakedwolfe.com and they will accommodate your request. 

How do I return an order?
To return your order, simply click "Return an Order" and follow the prompts. Before doing so, please see our return policy. This is the "RETURNS" button at the bottom of any page. 

Can I get a refund if I don't like my order or if it doesn't fit? 
Please ensure you try on your shoes on a soft surface, any shoes returned back to us with damaged or marked soles, cannot be refunded or exchanged.

We allow up to 14 days from date of order delivery to return an order. If you return an item within this time period we allow either an exchange or a refund to take place, please note this excludes sale items. Any refunds will be processed to your original payment method. It can take up to 10 working days to re-appear into your account once your refund has been processed. 

In the event that a return is completed and the refund amount owed exceeds amount paid, you will be credited the remaining amount in the form of a Naked Wolfe gift card.

Will I have to pay additional taxes and duties? 

USA

All USA orders will not be liable for additional duties if the total order value is below $800 USD.

United Kingdom

All UK orders will not be liable for additional duties and taxes if the order is sent from our UK warehouse.

All orders which are despatched to a customer in the UK from our EU warehouse may be liable for additional duties and taxes which will be due at the point of or after delivery. 

Europe

All EU orders will not be liable for additional duties and taxes, if the order is sent from our EU warehouse.

All orders which are despatched to a customer in the EU from our UK fulfillment facility, may be liable for duties and taxes, which will be due at the point of or after delivery.  

Rest of World

All orders outside of the EU (excluding USA) may be liable for additional duties and taxes that will be due at the point of or after delivery. 

Pre-Order Purchases
All pre-order item dates are an estimated date of when stock should arrive at the warehouse and are subject to changes due to unpredicted delays with the shipments. All pre-order orders will be dispatched within 24 hours of the stock arriving. We appreciate your patience as we wait to restock.

Handle & Care
Hand wash or spot clean all shoes with a non-transferrable cloth and do not place in the washing machine. Do not use soap as this can cause the dye to run. For all-white shoes, you can purchase the Dasco White Restorer to keep your shoes as clean as possible.
