Once you've set up an account with us, you're automatically part of Naked Wolfe loyalty. By registering, you're also agreeing to receive exclusive updates and offers from us.

Once you reach a tier where you are eligible for discounts, you will receive an email code with relevant discount codes that can be used at checkout.

Please note, all tiers are earned on the basis of your rolling 12 month spend with us, therefore, after 12 months your eligibility of benefits will be reflective of your new tier spend brackets.

WILL I LOSE MY TIER STATUS?

Your tier status is secure, regardless of your benefit usage.
Your tier status and benefit eligibility will change purely based on your 12 month rolling spend with us.

HOW CAN I VIEW MY TIER AND BENEFITS?

Log in to your account, and your tier calculation will be prominently displayed on your dashboard.

DO BENEFITS EVER EXPIRE?

Yes, your active benefits will expire 12 months after your most recent purchase.
Please note we cannot backdate your purchases if they do not show on your account.

WHAT IF MY TIER OR SPEND BALANCE SEEMS INCORRECT?

Our loyalty scheme works on a rolling 12-monthly calculation and excludes any refunds. If you still believe we have miscalculated your benefit tier please contact customercare@nakedwolfe.com with details of any other contact details you may have used to checkout previously.
