1. INTRODUCTION
1.1 These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your participation in Naked Wolfe Affiliate Programme, the affiliate programme operated by Naked Wolfe Limited ("Naked Wolfe", "we", "us", "our").
1.2 Naked Wolfe Affiliate Programme allows eligible customers to earn commission by referring new customers to nakedwolfe.com using a unique personalised referral code assigned to them upon joining.
1.3 These Terms should be read alongside our Privacy Policy and Website Terms of Use, which are incorporated by reference.
1.4 We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued participation in Naked Wolfe Affiliate Programme after notice of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
2. ELIGIBILITY
2.1 To be eligible to join Naked Wolfe Affiliate Programme, you must:
– have completed at least one purchase from nakedwolfe.com;
– be aged 18 or over;
– be a resident of a country to which we ship;
– provide a valid email address at the time of registration; and
– not be an employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee of Naked Wolfe Limited.
2.2 Participation is personal to you. You may not transfer your membership, referral code, or any accrued commission to any other person.
2.3 We reserve the right to verify eligibility at any time and to remove any participant found to be ineligible.
3. JOINING THE PROGRAMME
3.1 Eligible customers may join Naked Wolfe Affiliate Programme by completing the sign-up form at nakedwolfe.com/affiliate-programme
3.2 Upon joining, you will be issued a unique personalised referral link (your "link"). Your link is personal to you and must not be shared in a way that circumvents the intent of the programme (see clause 7).
3.3 By completing registration, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms.
4. COMMISSION & PAYOUTS
4.1 You will earn a commission at the rate notified to you at the time of joining the programme, or as subsequently updated in accordance with clause 4.8, calculated on the net order value (excluding VAT, shipping, and any discounts applied) for each qualifying purchase made by a new customer using your Code (a “Qualifying Referral”).
4.2 A Qualifying Referral is a completed purchase by a customer who:
– has made a purchase from nakedwolfe.com via your referral link;
4.3 Commission is tracked and managed via Social Snowball. Naked Wolfe is not responsible for any technical failures attributable solely to the Social Snowball platform, though we will take reasonable steps to resolve any discrepancies reported to us.
4.4 Commission is paid weekly, every Friday, covering all Qualifying Referrals generated in the 7 calendar days prior (Friday 00:00 to Thursday 23:59 GMT). There is no holding period — commission is paid regardless of whether the referred order remains within its returns window at the time of payout.
4.5 For the avoidance of doubt, commission is paid on all completed Qualifying Referrals in the relevant 7-day period. Naked Wolfe accepts the risk that commission may have been paid on orders that are subsequently returned, cancelled, or subject to a chargeback. No clawback of paid commission will be sought in such circumstances, except in cases of fraud or a breach of these Terms.
4.6 Commission is paid in cash only. There is no minimum payout threshold. You may select your preferred payment provider (such as PayPal, bank transfer, or another method supported by Social Snowball) in your Social Snowball account settings. Naked Wolfe is not responsible for any fees charged by your chosen payment provider.
4.7 Commission is non-transferable and has no cash value beyond redemption through the cash payout method described in clause 4.6.
4.8 Naked Wolfe reserves the right, at its sole discretion and on reasonable notice, to alter the commission rate, payout frequency, programme structure, or any other aspect of these Terms. Any such change will apply to Qualifying Referrals generated on or after the effective date of the change.
5. USE OF YOUR REFERRAL LINK
5.1 Your link may be shared via your personal social media channels, website, blog, email, or word of mouth, provided such sharing complies with clause 7 (Prohibited Conduct) and applicable law.
5.2 You must not:
– publish your Code on coupon, deal, or cashback websites (including but not limited to Honey, RetailMeNot, VoucherCodes, or similar platforms);
– use your Code to make purchases for yourself or on behalf of others known to you for the purpose of generating commission (self-referral);
– bid on Naked Wolfe branded search terms in paid advertising using your Code;
– represent yourself as an official employee, partner, or spokesperson of Naked Wolfe; or
– place your Code in any context that Naked Wolfe reasonably considers to be inconsistent with its brand values or reputation.
5.3 Naked Wolfe may void commission and/or terminate your membership if your Code appears on any prohibited platform or in a prohibited context, even if you did not place it there, unless you notify us promptly and take reasonable steps to have it removed.
6. MARKETING & LEGAL DISCLOSURE
6.1 When promoting Naked Wolfe as part of Naked Wolfe Affiliate Programme, you must comply with all applicable advertising laws and codes of practice, including:
– the UK Advertising Standards Authority (ASA) CAP Code;
– the Competition and Markets Authority (CMA) guidance on endorsements and reviews;
– the FTC guidelines (if promoting to a US audience); and
– any platform-specific rules (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).
6.2 You must clearly and prominently disclose your membership of Naked Wolfe Affiliate Programme whenever you share your Code or promote Naked Wolfe products in the context of the programme. Acceptable disclosures include: #ad, #affiliate, "I earn commission on sales via my code", or equivalent language that is visible before a user needs to interact with the content.
6.3 Failure to disclose your affiliate relationship is a breach of these Terms and may also constitute a breach of applicable law. Naked Wolfe accepts no liability for any failure by you to comply with disclosure obligations.
7. PROHIBITED CONDUCT
7.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination of your membership and forfeiture of any outstanding commission:
– fraud, misrepresentation, or deceptive practices of any kind in connection with the programme;
– use of bots, scripts, or automated means to generate referrals or code usage;
– incentivising others to use your Code by offering cash, vouchers, or other material benefits not provided by Naked Wolfe;
– creating fake accounts or placing orders under false identities;
– making false or misleading claims about Naked Wolfe products;
– any conduct that brings Naked Wolfe into disrepute; or
– any other activity that Naked Wolfe, acting reasonably, determines to be abusive or contrary to the spirit of the programme.
7.2 Where Naked Wolfe has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, a breach of these Terms, or any conduct inconsistent with the spirit of the programme, Naked Wolfe reserves the right to withhold any pending or future commission payments pending investigation, and to pursue recovery of any commission already paid in connection with such activity. Naked Wolfe’s determination in this regard shall be final.
8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
8.1 Naked Wolfe grants you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable, royalty-free licence to use Naked Wolfe's brand name and provided marketing assets solely for the purpose of promoting the programme in accordance with these Terms.
8.2 You must not modify, alter, or create derivative works from any Naked Wolfe brand assets without prior written approval.
8.3 You must not register any domain name, social media handle, or paid search keyword that incorporates the Naked Wolfe name or any confusingly similar term.
8.4 This licence terminates automatically upon termination of your membership for any reason.
9. SUSPENSION & TERMINATION
9.1 You may leave Naked Wolfe Affiliate Programme at any time by contacting us at info@nakedwolfe.support. Any commission validly earned prior to termination will be paid out, subject to the terms of clause 4.
9.2 Naked Wolfe may suspend or terminate your membership at any time, with or without notice, if:
– you breach any provision of these Terms;
– we reasonably suspect fraudulent activity;
– we choose to discontinue the Naked Wolfe Affiliate Programme; or
– we elect to remove you from the programme at our sole discretion, for any reason or no reason; or
– we are required to do so by law or regulation.
9.3 Upon termination, your link will be deactivated and no further commission will accrue. Any commission already earned and credited to your account at the point of termination will be forfeited if termination is due to a breach of these Terms.
10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
10.1 Naked Wolfe's total liability to you arising out of or in connection with Naked Wolfe Affiliate Programme shall not exceed the total commission paid to you in the 12 months preceding the relevant claim.
10.2 Naked Wolfe shall not be liable to you for any indirect, consequential, or special loss, loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of business opportunity arising out of or in connection with the programme, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise.
10.3 Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes Naked Wolfe's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
10.4 The programme is provided "as is". We do not warrant that the programme will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any particular volume of referrals or commission will be achieved.
11. DATA PROTECTION
11.1 Naked Wolfe will process your personal data in connection with Naked Wolfe Affiliate Programme in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available at nakedwolfe.com/privacy-policy, and applicable data protection legislation including the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.
11.2 By joining the programme, you consent to your programme data (including referral activity and commission balances) being processed by Social Snowball as our data processor. Social Snowball's own privacy policy governs their processing of your data in connection with their platform.
11.3 We may use anonymised and aggregated data about the programme for internal analytics and reporting purposes.
12. GENERAL
12.1 These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Naked Wolfe in relation to Naked Wolfe Affiliate Programme and supersede all prior representations, arrangements, or understandings.
12.2 If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
12.3 Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
12.4 These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
12.5 These Terms are between you and Naked Wolfe only. No third party shall have any rights under or in connection with these Terms pursuant to the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999.
