Can i return an item i bought on sale?
All Sale items are final so cannot be returned for a refund. If your shoes do not fit, then you can request an exchange of size. Any items purchased with a discount of 50% or higher are final sales and cannot be returned for exchange or refund. 

How do I return an order?
To return your order, simply click the above "Return an Order" link and follow the prompts. If you require an exchange, please also include when filling out your return reason the item and size you wish to exchange to.
Once complete, this will then provide you with a unique RMA code and inform you how and where to deliver your goods for exchange or refund. 

Our Returns policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your order was delivered, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange unless a product is faulty.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

As our Returns Hub is based in the UK, you will be liable to pay all shipping costs, import duties, customs & taxes for returning the goods back to us. If you are exchanging a pair of shoes for a different size, colour or style, we will send the new shipment back to you with pre-paid customs duties.

Please ensure you mark & label any of your returns as a "Return of Merchandise". If you do not you will be charged for all import duties and taxes. 

If 14 days have gone by since you received your order, unfortunately we cannot accept a return unless a product is faulty. 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund for the cost of your shoes will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a 7 working days.

Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund within 7 working days of return received confirmation, and you have checked your bank account, then please contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank to ask if there are any pending transactions.

We offer exchanges on all items as we understand sometimes the shoe doesn't always fit. If you wish to exchange for an item of higher or lower value, you will need to be charged/credited accordingly.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund because an item is faulty or damaged, the cost of return shipping will be refunded back to you.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
